Winter 2016 Tabata Bootcamp™ Program Session RESULTS!

I’m SO proud of my Winter 2016 Bootcampers for what they have accomplished individually and as a group! I am pleased to present their progress and feel humbled that they are comfortable sharing this information with all of YOU! Our hope is that it will encourage you to realize that YOU, too, have the ability to choose to embark upon a journey for healthy living, and that if you hold yourself accountable to your game plan to reach your goals, you will experience success! On a related note, if you want to join us for our next Tabata Bootcamp™ program session for added support and accountability, you have until March 26th to sign up! 🙂
